REGULATORY EQUIPMENT:

All the time.

-Cell phone: with fully charged battery, roaming activated and turned on during the entire test.
Whistle: the backpack whistle or headlamp whistle may be valid if working properly.
-Bottles, reservoir or bag (soft flask type) for water or hydrating drinks: with a minimum capacity of 1 liter.
Cup or container for liquids: no disposable cups will be available at the supply points in order to avoid generating garbage.
-Competitor number (bib number): placed visibly on the front and above the clothing throughout the race.
-Shoes: suitable for running in technical mountain terrain.
First aid kit containing elastic bandage, sterile dressings, adhesive tape, antihistamines and personal medication such as anti-inflammatory or analgesics.

*Attention: For Desert Run and Fun Run the headlamp is not compulsory but it is advisable to use it at the beginning of the race because depending on the weather and the time of day there may be low visibility.
