Starting in the middle of the desert, the competitors will face a demanding 50k course on the first day of the race, going from the central desert area to the pristine beaches of the upper Gulf of California, where a spectacular starlit night awaits.

The next day they will take the route again to cross a section of desert where they will cross an area of dunes that will test the strength and endurance of even the most experienced ultra runners, to return to the area of the marshes where the desert and the sea interact and intermingle in an unparalleled environment.

REGULATORY EQUIPMENT:
All the time.
-Mobile phone: with fully charged battery, roaming activated and switched on during the whole test.
-Front light: in perfect working order and with charged batteries.
-Red strobe light: to be placed at the back and turned on during the hours of darkness.
-Extra batteries: or an extra front lamp in perfect working order and with charged batteries.
-Thermal blanket: minimum surface that covers the body completely.
Windbreaker jacket: waterproof and breathable.
-Silbato: the one in the backpack or the headlamp may be valid if they work properly.
-Bottles, tank or bag (soft flask type) for water or hydrating drinks: with a minimum capacity of 2 liters.
Cup or container for liquids: at the refreshment points there will be no disposable cups in order to avoid generating waste.
-Competitor number (bib number): placed visibly on the front and on top of the clothing during the entire race.
-Shoes: suitable for running in technical mountain terrain.
First aid kit containing elastic bandage, sterile dressings, adhesive tape, antihistamines and personal medication such as anti-inflammatories or painkillers.
*Ultra Trail competitors must hand in their DROP BAG at kit check-in and will find it in the camping area. The DROP BAG cannot exceed the dimensions of standard hand luggage 55 x 40 x 25 cm. In it you must place the camping equipment and the clothes you will need at the end of day 1 of the race and to face day 2. NO DROP BAGS WILL BE RECEIVED AT THE START/ARRANCH AREA.
